Spirits in Old Town? Name a more iconic duo. Join us for a 4-stop cocktail crawl where each bar brings its own flair to Phillips Fermentorium’s Sanctuary Whisky and Stump Coastal Forest Gin. Expect inventive cocktails, delightful snack pairings, and a stop for pinball before wrapping up the night with a beer at Phillips Tasting Room.

The Stops:

Artemis Whisky Bar (5 PM) – A sophisticated start featuring a whisky-forward cocktail that highlights Sanctuary Whisky’s smooth, oak-aged character.

Pinhalla (6 PM) – A laid-back stop for cocktails and pinball, where the bartenders will highlight Stump Gin to craft something unexpected.

Matadora Taperia (7 PM) – A bold, Spanish-inspired creation showcasing bright botanicals and vermouth, paired with tapas designed to complement the drink.

Phillips Tasting Room (8 PM) – End the night with a crisp, refreshing Phillips beer, a perfect way to round out the evening.

About the Spirits:
Sanctuary Whisky is a small-batch, single-malt whisky, aged in bourbon, beer, and wine barrels for up to nine years. Expect smooth oak, vanilla, caramel, and subtle spice.

Stump Coastal Forest Gin is crafted with hand-foraged BC botanicals like juniper, Cascade hops, grand fir, bay laurel, and lavender, offering a balanced mix of bright, forest-fresh, and herbal notes.
